Welcome to MALMSTEN Swim Open Stockholm, the international swim event that aims the highest.

Our mission is to build one of the greatest swim events worldwide!

2025 year was an exiting edition, when Lukas Märtens started the competition with a new WORLD RECORD at 400 free! 2026 way also amazing with the young german torpedo Oliver Klemet just crushed the European Record at 800 free. On top of that more than twenty results at the top 5 ranking in the world the first tertial! Every year the results at Malmsten Swim Open Stockholm are stunning and places on top of swimevents in Europe. The 11th edition have the theme - Future Is Here! And why? Just because it´s in Stockholm some of the best athletes worldwide shows their top level. Last year was amazing like all other years, but Malmsten Swim Open Stockholm 1-4 of April 2027 aims to be even better.

The 11th edition of MALMSTEN Swim Open Stockholm as always offers a full olympic event program with the best mix of high quality events combined with several of the best swimmers in the world .
On top of that the total pricemoney of € 38 000 make this event extra  attractive. 

And also this year - each MALMSTEN Swim Open record will be awarded with €1000!!!

 

Of course we also offer a great package for accomodation at the

4 star Clarion Hotel  - just around the corner from the pool.

The smart set-up with morning sessions and then C-B-A finals in evening give the best oppurtunities for all competitors to peak. Also for next year C-finals also are junior/youth finals, the eight best girls & boys born 2012 and later from the morning session qualifyies to the C-finals.

Malmsten Swim Open Stockholm 2027 will give the best opportunity for qualifying to the many different international championships next summer like the World Championships in Budapest and all other international championships for senior, juniors and youth athletes 2027.
